Return & Exchange Policy 

At Hawk Lace, every piece is crafted with intention, care, and the energy of the land. Due to the personal and spiritual nature of my products and services, I have the following return policy in place. 

Jewelry & Handmade Items 

All sales are final - Each piece is handcrafted with natural materials and slight variations are part of its unique beauty. I do not accept returns or refunds on jewelry purchaes.

Exchanges may be considered in the case of a defect or damage upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will work with you on a resolution. 

Spiritual Readings & Healing Sessions 

Due to the time and energy invested in each session, all bookings are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice, and I will do my best to accommodate you. 

Missed appointments without notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. 

Workshops & Consulting

Deposits for workshops and consulting services are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date or participant with prior approval.
